Job Summary
The Technical Pre-Sales role involves providing tailored solutions to both new and existing corporate clients. You will support the Business Development function by analyzing technical requirements and helping the team deliver customer-focused solutions that align with business needs.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the pre-sales process and effectively communicate the company’s technology and product portfolio to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze and map client business requirements to appropriate solutions, demonstrating the benefits of proposed products.
- Participate in bid processes by identifying client needs and designing suitable solutions.
- Consult with internal technical teams to confirm feasibility and align offerings.
- Assist in developing responses for RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
- Prepare technical bids, proposals, and pre-sales demos.
- Attend client meetings to gather technical and business requirements.
- Deliver professional technical solution documentation within deadlines.
- Create and deliver engaging technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Gather and relay product feedback to support and development teams.
- Support proposal development with accurate product insights.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful solution delivery and compliance with client expectations.
- Ensure a seamless transition of agreed business and functional requirements to implementation teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including tasks outside standard working hours or locations.
Key Competencies
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Diploma in Professional Marketing and/or CIM membership is an added advantage.
