In this role, the Technical Account Manager will oversee key client relationships, offering technical guidance, managing account activities, supporting solution implementation, ensuring project success, and driving customer satisfaction. The position calls for a solid technical background and the ability to align complex solutions with client needs.
Responsibilities
Act as the lead technical point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively. Support sales and business development efforts by offering technical insights and identifying new opportunities. Collaborate with engineering and service teams to relay client feedback and improve product delivery. Partner with the Program Manager to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met. Maintain customer engagement through proactive updates and identifying service enhancement opportunities. Handle account payments and collections related to project milestones. Represent the company in meetings with clients, providing updates on project status, solutions, and strategic recommendations. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in B2B or B2G account management, telecom infrastructure, or technical consulting. Demonstrated ability in technical sales, account relationship management, and an in-depth understanding of telecom and networking technologies. Strong communication skills to explain technical matters to a wide range of audiences.
