The role of Technical Program Manager II involves working collaboratively across internal teams to ensure operating system updates meet compatibility standards. You will take ownership of program planning, write technical documentation, coordinate feature development, and maintain alignment with various stakeholders. A strong focus will be placed on analyzing data to solve customer-related challenges and supporting the application compatibility initiative through effective project execution.
To qualify, candidates should have at least five years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, along with a background in engineering, data analysis, or software product development. A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience is required. Successful applicants will be highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing projects with minimal supervision. An understanding of operating systems, embedded systems, or technical program management is a strong advantage. Experience with coding or documentation related to technical solutions is also beneficial.
