Role Overview:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing branch operations, including developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales, parts, and service targets in line with the Motor Division’s strategic goals. The role involves staff and resource management, delivering high-quality customer service, and driving revenue and profitability growth. The position reports directly to the Group Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Responsibilities – Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with divisional goals for profitability and market share. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business plans; conduct competitor analysis; assess market conditions and report opportunities; set targets in consultation with Brand/Product Managers; implement strategic projects; and oversee continuous improvement and profitability.

Managerial / Supervisory Responsibilities – Manage sales, parts, and service teams to ensure high engagement and performance. Monitor expenditure for profitability, facilitate communication for employee satisfaction, ensure adequate staffing, collaborate with HR on competency development, and provide training and motivation to drive results.

Operational Responsibilities – Track performance against sales and aftersales targets, identify growth opportunities, report challenges and recommend solutions, engage partners, ensure compliance with regulatory and stakeholder requirements, network to promote branch services, resolve customer complaints promptly, share best practices with other branches and head office, and manage branch facilities for safety and efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Automotive, or a related business field. At least 5 years of experience leading sales or aftersales teams or managing operations in a reputable organization. A postgraduate diploma in Business or Financial Management is an added advantage.

Key Competencies:
Strategic thinking, financial management, industry awareness (automotive), project management, analytical and data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary Range: Ksh 130,000 – Ksh 200,000 per month | Language Requirement: English
